Bacardi has announced the launch of a new brand of alcohol-free spirits created, in collaboration with Amsterdam-based bartenders, with cocktails in mind.
Palette is the Bermuda-based spirits company’s latest addition to its growing portfolio of low and zero spirits which includes Martini Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo Vibrante and Floreale, launched in 2020.
The brand will launch with two expressions – Juniper, Ginger and Spiced Roots, and Bold which has the woody and smoky character of an aged spirit – initially in select bars in London, Paris and Amsterdam – including Lyaness, The Snail and Christopher’s.

The category of alcohol-free and non-alcoholic spirits is growing rapidly thanks to the growing trend of consumers to drink mindfully. In 2020, the category grew by 30% according to the IWSR and is expected to grow a further 31% by 2024.
