DEADWOOD – Following a public hearing on May 11 without public intervention, the Lawrence County Commission approved 30 malt beverage retail license renewals.
âIt’s time for the annual malt beverage license renewals for 2021 through June 30, 2022,â said Lawrence County Auditor Brenda McGruder.
Commissioner Randy Deibert asked if there had been any complaints from the sheriff about any of the companies on the renewal list.
McGruder said no.

while we’re doing the licensing, we’re checking with Pat (deputy chief), âMcGruder said.
