MANSEHRA: Educators and philanthropists have insisted that the government provides equal employment opportunities to professionals who receive training in rehabilitation sciences.
“Although there is a wide range of professionals evacuated from rehabilitation science institutions internationally, Pakistanis must also give them equal employment opportunities to promote this field in the country”, Dr Karamatullah, director of Helping Hand Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences, said at the closing session of a three-day visual conference held here on Sunday.
The conference was co-hosted by Riphah International University, Islamabad and HHIRS, where local and international educators and professionals presented their research.
Karamatullah said that in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, online conferences were useful for exchanging professional experiences and developments taking place locally and globally in this area. “I am pleased to see that the participants of this conference enthusiastically engaged in research studies to highlight national and international issues and opportunities in the field,” he said.
