There is now a non-alcoholic version of Lakefront Brewery’s flagship beer, Riverwest Stein.
Brasserie by the lake, which was one of Milwaukee’s first craft breweries, launched Riverwest Stein Amber Lager in 1987. It remains the brewery’s “best-selling liquid” to this day, according to a press release.
âMarket trends continue to change,â said Russ Klisch, president of Lakefront Brewery, in the press release. âRight now, people are looking for a low-alcohol or non-alcoholic refreshing drink, so we have formulated an alcohol-free version of our flagship product, Riverwest Stein. “
Lakefront has always been at the forefront of trends. He was the first American brewer to make gluten-free beer, the first in the United States to brew organic beer, the second in the United States to make pumpkin beer, and produced a cherry in 1998, placing the brewery in the foreground of the fruit. – trend ahead, according to a previous report from Journal Sentinel.
