Jennifer is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience and has built her reputation in the industry as a transformation leader, achieving measurable performance gains across a wide range of businesses, from medical devices to MedTech startups. She has successfully led business operations, from tech startups to global Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Jennifer served as CEO of MDsyncNET, a cloud-based SaaS solution that provides healthcare systems, hospitals and physician groups with a custody planning platform.

She successfully closed an $ 8 million round of Series C growth capital, led the business on a product development transformation initiative, and significantly increased annual revenue while leading the company to win numerous industry and product recognition awards.

In 2010, she founded Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc. and launched the IWL 501 (c) 3 non-profit foundation. Her passion for mentoring and advancing women in the workplace has enabled the organization to be recognized today as a global resource for individuals and businesses.
